Delivery
When will I get my order?
- The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 business days, after which it’s shipped out. For details, see the processing time displayed at checkout, or on your order confirmation email. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- North America: estimated 3-10 business days
Which courier is used?
- All shipping is sent through the USPS and UPS.
- Items marked “delivered” by the USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.
The shipping address on my order is incorrect. What should I do?
- Please note, buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
- If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
- If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of a shipping address considered insufficient by the courier, please email us at support@ugleebee.com, and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Returns
Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?
- At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
- To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@ugleebee.com within 10 days of delivery to address any issues & concerns. Please provide your order number, photos of the incorrect or damaged product, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
